About
Ester has lived and worked in London all her life. She left The London College of Fashion in the early 1980’s to embark on a career in the fashion industry as a pattern cutter. Ester has worked with a variety of fashion companies and independent designers mostly as a freelancer. Although the fashion industry has given her many opportunities to be creative it has always been within the confines of commercial work.

Her craft skill is in drafting 2D patterns into a 3D creations sometimes draping on the stand to make beautiful garments. In latter years she has mastered and transferred her skill to computer aided design. She believes craft is at the centre of all art.
